Requirements
Must:
- Experience using or supporting ERP systems in a business environment
- Experience working in IT support, ERP support, or business systems support roles
- Good understanding of business systems and data processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and user support skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line ERP system support to internal users
- Investigate and resolve ERP-related system issues and queries
- Log and manage support tickets through the helpdesk system
- Support users with ERP functionality, navigation, and troubleshooting
- Monitor system processes, scheduled tasks, and system performance
- Support ERP upgrades, testing, and system improvements
- Assist with data checks, housekeeping, and system reporting
- Manage user accounts and system access permissions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure systems support business operations effectively
Description
We are currently recruiting for a Junior ERP Systems Support Analyst to join our well-established organization based in Bedford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience using or supporting ERP systems who is looking to develop their career within business systems and IT support. We offer a salary of up to £30,000, Monday to Friday working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, a company pension scheme, private healthcare options, and a supportive team environment with long-term career opportunities.
