Requirements
Must:
- Must have a degree or be working towards a degree at Hons level in (BSc/MSc) in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Python, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred); exposure to AI/ML libraries (Transformers, LangChain) is a plus. Must obtain your degree by September 2025.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Comfortable working in agile teams and documenting solutions.
- Must have less than 12 months’ postgraduate experience, excluding undergraduate placement/internship experience.
- Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom without the need for a work permit/sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-driven solutions for enterprise employee experience.
- Participate in agile team meetings and collaborate on projects.
- Document solutions and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Engage in continuous learning and skill development activities.
- Receive guidance and support from a Buddy and a Mentor throughout the Graduate experience.
