Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for someone with previous experience in a 1st line support or similar role.
- I require strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure (AD, Teams, Exchange).
- You need to be confident working in both Windows and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP or job management systems is essential.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills are a must.
Responsibilities
- You will champion and support the Protean job management system.
- I expect you to provide 1st line support via phone, email, and remote tools.
- You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in both Windows and Linux environments.
- Supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory users will be part of your role.
- I need you to assist with CRM/ERP and job management queries.
- You will log, manage, and escalate support tickets as needed.
- Documenting solutions and sharing knowledge with the wider team is important.
- Supporting user onboarding/offboarding and general IT operations will be your responsibility.
