Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 12 months' experience in selling software/SAAS
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
- Sales-focused mentality with a real passion for sales
- Experience with video calling platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Facetime, Skype)
- Excellent listening, negotiating, verbal, and written communication skills
- Understanding of sales processes and methodologies (SPIN selling, GAP selling, solution selling preferable)
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Solid computer literacy, with the ability to use a CRM (ideally HubSpot) to collect, update, and use data efficiently
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets set within a given territory by selling to commercial businesses, schools, and the public sector
- Sell the full range of SAAS Solutions available to these sectors, at the authorized profit margin
- Promote new SAAS products to existing customers, expand products currently in use, and open new accounts
- Improve and grow business within the Sales Territory
- Create business plans to achieve targets
- Demonstrate software effectively while utilizing industry knowledge and experience
- Present our range of products to customers and prospects using our established sales methodologies
- Establish rapport and build strong relationships with all customers
- Complete all activity and customer reports as required
- Provide customers with the best possible service and gain referrals
- Research and revise product and business knowledge to maintain a high level of understanding
Description

We manufacture various Visitor Management and Health & Safety systems and have a growing market presence in Europe and the USA. This position offers a starting salary of up to £40,000 with an uncapped OTE of £80,000. Additional benefits include a car allowance scheme, ongoing sales development, hybrid working arrangements, 25 days of holiday per year (increasing with length of service up to 28 days), free onsite parking, a health scheme, a long service award scheme, and a smart casual dress code.
