Requirements
Must:
- Experience working with government digital service standards
- Exposure to concept creation tools such as Balsamiq, Invision, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working on B2B applications, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment
- A strong portfolio of user-centric, responsive, and well-researched design for software and web applications
- An understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- A real passion for working in a scrum-driven, agile team
- A solid understanding of UX best practice
- A wider appreciation of current design trends
- Stakeholder management experience
- Any experience working in a FinTech or SaaS environment would be a real plus
Responsibilities
- Use responsive web design experience and basic front-end development skills to energize and direct existing projects
- Act as a key stakeholder collaborating closely with the development team to shape a cohesive development and design strategy for upcoming product releases
- Deliver market-leading design for software and web applications that align with GDS standards while considering the wider user impact
- Contribute to a variety of tasks in an autonomous, forward-thinking environment
