Must:
We are looking for a Test Lead with extensive experience in designing and delivering automation test plans for highly complex, enterprise-level applications. You should possess a strong knowledge of engineering principles and best practices, ideally gained in a regulated environment. Your leadership experience in team dynamics is essential, along with familiarity with cloud-native architectures, DevOps tooling, and a passion for innovation. You should have exposure to testing new features within a product-led, tech-driven environment, and impeccable communication skills, as you will engage with internal stakeholders across technical teams.
Responsibilities
As a Test Lead, you will take charge of a dynamic, autonomous team tasked with delivering an automated testing environment that aligns with our commitment to cutting-edge automation. You will collaborate closely with software engineers to define and implement a new automated QA process. Your role will involve fostering a culture of knowledge sharing within the team, ensuring the delivery of applications with national significance, and driving innovation throughout the testing lifecycle.
Description
We offer a starting salary of up to £85,000, alongside a 10% bonus scheme, flexible hybrid working (two days a week in our North Birmingham office), and a one-on-one training scheme. Additionally, we provide 25 days of holiday, private healthcare, a private pension scheme, annual pay reviews, and flexible working hours.
