Must:

- Experience in user-centred product or service development projects
- Background in technical environments, comfortable working with solution architects and technical experts
- Proven ability to identify and develop business opportunities with clients
- Experience mentoring and managing other Business Analysts
- Experience working on projects in the Public Sector or sectors driven by legislation such as Utilities, Energy, or Pharmaceutical
- Understanding of incorporating a sustainability mindset into solutions
- Ability to influence strategy and direction within complex engagements
- Development into a domain expert in the respective field
- Understanding of solution architecture and technologies used
- Capability to work with low-level details and strategically
- Strong skills in building collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to become a trusted advisor to clients and provide coaching
Responsibilities
- Lead both face-to-face and virtual client workshops, managing stakeholders with differing priorities
- Utilize an evidence-based approach to inform decisions and constructively challenge where necessary
- Navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to complex situations
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Managers, and User Experience Designers
- Understand industry trends, identify new project opportunities, and contribute to bid proposals
- Drive innovation to increase client value, including the use of Generative AI to enhance business processes
- Take responsibility for leading Business Analysis on complex projects in high-pressure situations
- Model professional behaviours to colleagues
- Manage and support the development of other Business Analysts in the team
