Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Over 10 years of experience in HRIS/HR Technology, specifically with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.
- Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation and Core HR; relevant certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled features, analytics, and automation within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Exposure to other Oracle HCM Cloud modules, such as Talent Management, Benefits, and Payroll.
- Strong project leadership skills, effective stakeholder management, and solid technical abilities.
Responsibilities
As our Oracle HCM Cloud Lead, you will:
- Lead the global implementations and enhancements of Oracle HCM Workforce Compensation, utilizing advanced features and analytics for improved decision-making.
- Configure and optimize the compensation modules while managing annual and quarterly cycles.
- Ensure seamless integration with Core HR, payroll, benefits, and other HCM modules.
- Drive projects, mentor teams, and manage stakeholders across various regions.
- Oversee testing, deployment, upgrades, and user training.
- Provide ongoing support and drive continuous improvement, leveraging AI and automation whenever possible.

We are partnering with a global brand to fill this permanent role, which is fully remote. The position offers a competitive base salary of £90,000 - £100,000, along with a 15% bonus and excellent benefits. The right candidate will play a vital role in driving the design, implementation, enhancements, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation, collaborating closely with HR, IT, and Compensation teams to deliver integrated and compliant solutions.
