Requirements
Must:
- You must be eligible for Security Clearance (have lived in the UK for the past 5+ years).
- Strong experience in Java is essential.
- Strong leadership and management experience is required.
- You should be able to work in our Telford office an average of three days per week.
Responsibilities
- As a Java Engineer, you will lead and mentor a team while also getting hands-on with technology.
- You will be expected to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- We value quick learners who thrive on challenges and are prepared for a dynamic work environment.
- You will work with key tech including Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, TDD, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
Description
We are excited to offer this opportunity for experienced Senior/Lead Java Engineers to join our rapidly expanding team at the forefront of technology. We are looking for a strong leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and engage with the team. If you are a self-starter who is keen to better yourself and enjoys varied work, we want to hear from you. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £70,000 to £95,000 base depending on experience, along with bonus and benefits. Please note that we do not offer sponsorship for this role.
