Must:
We are seeking a Lead Engineer with strong data engineering skills, including ETL pipeline creation, data warehousing, and data visualization. A solid understanding of database architecture and modeling is essential, with experience in technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MS SQL. Familiarity with event sourcing and messaging technologies like Kafka and CQRS is important. You should have experience in a high-growth, product-focused environment, particularly within small, cross-functional engineering teams. Additionally, solid cloud provisioning knowledge in GCP, Azure, or AWS is required, along with a good appreciation of software engineering best practices. Understanding serverless, microservices, or event-sourced architectures would be a plus. A passion for AI innovation and any experience in team mentorship would also be beneficial.
