Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for a candidate with a Bachelors degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- You should have at least 10 years of experience in HRIS/HR Technology, specifically with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.
- Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation and Core HR is essential; certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled features, analytics, and automation in Oracle HCM Cloud is important.
- Exposure to additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules (e.g., Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll) is a plus.
- Strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and technical skills are required.
Responsibilities
- I will need you to lead global Oracle HCM Workforce Compensation implementations and enhancements, utilizing features and analytics for enhanced decision-making.
- You will configure and optimize compensation modules and manage annual and quarterly cycles.
- It will be your responsibility to ensure seamless integration with Core HR, payroll, benefits, and other HCM modules.
- You will drive projects, mentor teams, and manage stakeholders across various regions.
- Overseeing testing, deployment, upgrades, and user training will also be part of your role.
- I expect you to provide ongoing support and drive continuous improvement, leveraging AI and automation whenever possible.

- This is a remote position, partnering with a global brand, offering a competitive rate of £500-£600 per day outside IR35. - I am looking for a strategic leader who can drive the global design, implementation, enhancements, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation. - This role requires collaboration with HR, IT, and Compensation teams to deliver integrated, compliant solutions that leverage AI and advanced analytics.
