IT Service Delivery/Ops Manager

In this role, I will be overseeing the IT department, which consists of two teams: a 1st/2nd line support team and a 3rd line support team, totaling 10-15 staff members. My key responsibilities will include: - Managing IT Service Management and implementing best practices across both teams, including SLA reviews. - Mitigating risks by reviewing and assessing IT strategies aligned with business goals. - Overseeing IT governance, risk management, and cybersecurity policies. - Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, including cybersecurity standards. - Reviewing digital transformation initiatives and process automation. - Overseeing procurement, vendor relations, and IT asset management. I will also be supporting and mentoring two managers who lead the respective teams, advising on best practices, efficiencies, and necessary structures, while being available for escalations and resolutions.
