Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in platform architecture
- Expertise in enterprise systems integration
- Familiarity with data environments, data architecture, and data warehousing
- Knowledge of API strategy and integration frameworks
- Experience in automation of operational processes and workflows
- Proven leadership within platform engineering, architecture, or technology teams
- Ability to work within complex technology environments
- Experience in infrastructure-led, operationally complex, or technology-driven businesses is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and development of core business platforms
- Define and maintain the integration and API strategy across systems
- Lead the development and scaling of the organisations data platform
- Drive automation across operational workflows and service processes
- Establish platform governance, architecture standards, and technology roadmaps
- Manage external technology vendors and delivery partners
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary platforms and data team
- Ensure platforms are modular, scalable, and resilient to support business growth
Description
We are a fast-growing infrastructure and technology business looking for a Head of Platforms & Data to lead the architecture, development, and evolution of our operational and commercial systems. We offer a salary of £90,000, a car allowance, and a bonus. Our hybrid working model allows for flexibility while providing an opportunity to shape and lead the evolution of critical technology platforms within our growing organisation.
