You will bring significant experience in programme, project, or change leadership, and a proven ability to manage large-scale transformation initiatives, including technology and process change. Your experience should include developing and embedding change frameworks and ensuring adoption across diverse stakeholder groups. Strong strategic planning, organizational, and analytical skills are essential, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities to engage effectively at all levels. A collaborative, adaptable, and resilient leadership style, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, is also crucial.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead and manage the Projects & Change function, ensuring high-performing, customer-focused services. You will design and embed project and change management frameworks that reflect best practices and support effective delivery. Overseeing a portfolio of transformation initiatives will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring appropriate governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. You will provide strong leadership and direction to the Projects & Change team, focusing on resource planning, professional development, and maintaining high service standards. Additionally, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure strategic alignment and effective prioritization of projects and change initiatives. Acting as an escalation point for project risks and challenges, you will ensure effective resolution and champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration across the group.
