Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of an existing SQL Server data platform to Microsoft Fabric.
- Design, develop, and optimise ETL pipelines using Python, SQL, and Spark.
- Ensure data integrity, performance, and security throughout the migration process.
- Provide technical expertise on Microsoft Fabric's architecture, best practices, and optimisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align the new platform with business needs.
Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with a strong background in large-scale Microsoft Fabric implementations to lead the migration of an existing SQL Server data platform to Microsoft Fabric. This is a 3-month contract role that requires hands-on technical expertise and a strong understanding of Microsoft Fabric in enterprise environments.
