Must:
We are looking for candidates who have at least 3 years of demonstrable experience in implementing, managing, and maintaining a variety of essential technical skills in an Enterprise environment for global clients. You should hold the Azure Administrator AZ-104 certification and possess an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. Additionally, you should have strong expertise in Tanium for endpoint and server management, Okta, Sailpoint, and Proofpoint. You must also have expert knowledge in Microsoft 365 and Exchange management, a solid understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting, as well as expertise in supporting Windows 11 OS and server infrastructure.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to lead the resolution of complex technical escalations from Tier 2, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and permanent fixes. You will act as a subject matter expert across Azure, M365, Exchange, Intune, and virtualized environments. Your responsibilities will also include designing and implementing automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell and Power Platform to reduce manual effort and enhance service efficiency. Additionally, you will champion ITIL-aligned processes including Change, Major Incident, and Problem Management. You will serve as the technical lead on strategic internal and customer-facing projects, collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions, and manage and support virtualized environments. Your participation in the weekend on-call rota (Saturday-Sunday, 7am-7pm) for critical out-of-hours support will also be essential.
