Description

We are seeking an entry-level Application Support Analyst to join our team, providing first-line support for business-critical systems and helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the organisation. If you're looking to take your first steps into IT support, this entry-level role is a great opportunity to build technical experience in a hands-on environment. You'll mostly be based at our Coventry office, with some flexibility for occasional home working. There may be some travel to local distribution centres or offices from time to time, so you will need a full UK driving licence. In return, we offer a starting salary of £26,000 - £28,000, depending on experience, a supportive environment to learn and grow your tech skills, flexible working options, and structured working hours between 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of on-call in the future. Bonus points if you have any experience in IT support, service desk, or customer support settings, as well as basic knowledge of T-SQL, C#, or PowerShell, and exposure to application troubleshooting or support ticketing tools.
