Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience working within an IT MSP
- Strong 2nd Line support skills, with potential to progress to 3rd Line
- Experience with Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and Azure Active Directory
- Proficiency in Windows Server (2019, 2016, 2012, 2008) and Active Directory
- Knowledge of DNS / DHCP, Routing and Remote Access
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Teams
- Understanding of network switching, VLANs, firewalls, and routers
- Experience in remote access solutions (VPN, Remote Desktop Services)
Responsibilities
- Handle second line support requests across various technologies
- Provide technical support for Microsofts core business applications and operating systems
- Offer network-level technical support for WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security issues
- Implement and support remote access solutions
- Monitor and respond to alerts from the remote monitoring and management system through service tickets
- Communicate with customers regarding the progress of incidents and changes
- Collaborate with the Service Desk Manager to ensure timely request resolution
- Escalate service requests requiring higher-level support as needed
