Requirements
Must:
- A vehicle accessible for limited travel needs.

- Key technical background in:
- Office 365
- Azure Active Directory
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Teams
- Windows Server versions (2019, 2016, 2012, 2008)
- Active Directory
- Google Workspace Administration and Apps
- User creation and management
- AD permissions management
- Group Policy
- Understanding of network concepts
- Antivirus and vulnerability monitoring
- System patching
- Desirable background includes:
- CompTIA Security+ or similar IT Security certifications.
- Interest in cybersecurity and understanding key concepts and protocols.
- Exposure to the Cyber Essentials, ISO27001, and NIST frameworks.
- Previous experience within a SOC environment.
- Experience in IT Security, including patching and vulnerability management.
- Familiarity with SIEM or Service Desk toolsets.
Responsibilities
- Handle second line support requests related to all technology, including workstations, servers, printers, networks, vendor-specific hardware and software, and Office 365 and SharePoint.
- Provide IT support for technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and operating systems.
- Offer basic technical support for network connectivity (WAN and LAN), routers, firewalls, and IT security.
- Implement and support remote access solutions, such as VPN and Remote Desktop Services.
- Monitor remote monitoring and management system alerts and respond accordingly via service tickets.
- Communicate with customers to keep them informed of incident progress and notify them of impending changes or agreed outages.
