Responsibilities
- We analyse operational and financial data to identify inefficiencies, trends, and areas for improvement.
- We investigate process and workflow issues.
- We identify trends, bottlenecks, and root causes.
- We support ongoing systems and process improvement projects.
- We produce meaningful reporting and actionable insights.
- We work closely with finance stakeholders across the business.
- We support automation and efficiency initiatives.
- We challenge existing processes and suggest improvements.
- We use Power BI and Excel to analyse large data sets.
Description
We are supporting a growing business in Leicester in a permanent, on-site Data Analyst role with a salary of £35,000 to £48,000. You will work closely with our finance operations team during a significant period of systems and process transformation, helping us improve workflows, support automation, and deliver meaningful business insight. This is a highly visible role with genuine impact, offering exposure to large-scale systems and process improvement projects within a collaborative, fast-paced environment, as well as excellent opportunities for development and progression.
