Requirements
Must:
- Background in Telecommunications, CCTV, or Network Installations
- Experience installing Wi-Fi hardware (e.g. DrayTek, Ubiquiti routers and switches)
- Knowledge of PBX systems including Hosted (VoIP/SIP) solutions
- Experience with IP CCTV systems (e.g. Hikvision)
- Strong cabling expertise (CAT5/CAT6 installation to a high standard)
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Fluent English
- Minimum 1 year in Telecommunications (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year in CCTV installations (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Installation and configuration of IP CCTV, networking, Wi-Fi, and telephony systems
- Installation and support of VoIP / SIP / Hosted PBX solutions
- CAT5/CAT6 structured cabling installation and termination
- Commissioning and testing systems prior to client handover
- Maintaining accurate job documentation
- Delivering excellent customer service on-site
