Responsibilities
- Providing remote and occasional onsite 1st/2nd Line support
- Troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Azure Active Directory issues
- Supporting basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Managing tickets within agreed SLAs
- Escalating complex issues where required
