Requirements
Must:
- I require candidates to have experience in an IT service desk or technical support role, ideally with 3–4+ years of experience.
- A strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, Active Directory, and Teams is essential.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a must.
- I appreciate a calm, customer-focused approach and a willingness to learn.
- Bonus points if you have experience with SolarWinds, BigHand, Partner, Oyez, IRIS/Sage, or TeamViewer.
Responsibilities
- As the IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for all IT issues, providing first-line technical support to users across the business.
- You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues, log and manage tickets through the service desk, and escalate more complex problems when needed, all while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Additionally, you will contribute to training, documentation, and collaborate with 2nd line teams to keep our systems running smoothly.
