AV Technical Designer

- Produce detailed audiovisual system drawings, including schematics, layout plans, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) drawings, rack layouts, and cable schedules - Conduct thorough site surveys to define project scope and gather essential technical information - Develop and review post-sales design documentation to support project execution - Update and amend drawings promptly in response to project changes - Compile accurate kit lists and assist with procurement and material ordering processes - Obtain and manage necessary project documentation from main contractors - Provide product demonstrations when required - Attend occasional site meetings to facilitate effective project coordination - Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director and project teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence - Ensure all design outputs meet client specifications and conform to AV industry best practices
