Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years’ experience in a 3rd line / senior infrastructure role
- Strong Windows Server experience (2012–2025)
- Microsoft 365 & Azure administration
- Active Directory & Entra ID
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs)
- Virtualisation (Hyper-V)
- ITIL experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd line BAU support across multiple UK locations
- Lead and support infrastructure projects (server builds, M365 migrations, DR, networking)
- Manage Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, Entra ID)
- Support backup and recovery solutions (Veeam / Backup Exec)
- Work with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Mentor 1st/2nd line engineers
- Support cyber security initiatives and infrastructure documentation
