I am looking for candidates who have experience working in a fast-paced support environment with knowledge in O365, VMware/Hyper V, Server/Exchange, and Windows. It is essential for you to have a passion for continual learning and development. Strong communication skills, effective prioritization, and time management abilities are also key to succeeding in this role.
Responsibilities
As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will take on a hands-on role supporting users with their technical issues. You will collaborate with a team of 1st to 3rd Line Support Engineers to provide comprehensive support and resolve incidents as they arise.
