Requirements
Must:
- Excellent web technologies experience including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience using and integrating APIs.
- Strong interpersonal and customer management skills developed in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to discuss technical concepts with confidence to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of the online payments infrastructure, ideally with experience in this field.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with C-suite and senior leaders across commercial and tech to support them in building incredible experiences for their customers.
- Write integration plans and sample code for sellers to assist them in implementing their own personalized integration.
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for global enterprises with complex requirements.
- Mentor new and junior members of the team.
- Play a role in product development, by communicating issues and feature requests to the Product and Engineering teams.
