We are looking for candidates who have experience working within an End-Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO), awarding body, or a similar qualification development environment. You should have a strong understanding of assessment and qualification design, along with proven project management capabilities (APM-PMQ, PRINCE2 desirable). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and documentation abilities, and confidence in working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders are essential. We value adaptability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities
As our Assessment Product Developer, you will play a key role in qualification and assessment design. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to design and refine qualifications that align with industry and regulatory standards. You will ensure full compliance with Ofqual conditions and other relevant requirements like DfE and Skills England. Additionally, you will manage timelines, budgets, and delivery milestones for qualification development projects. Your role will also involve producing key documentation such as assessment strategies, centre guides, and sample materials, as well as using data insights to review product performance and drive improvements. You will identify opportunities for expansion and respond to emerging skills needs.
