Requirements
Must:
We are seeking M365 Engineers who possess a deep understanding and hands-on experience with the following M365 products and tools:
- Exchange Online
- MS Office Online
- OneDrive
- OneNote
- Teams
- SharePoint
- Viva Engage
- Forms
- Stream
- Microsoft 365 Defender
- Power Platform (including Power Apps and Power BI)
- Ave Point
- Entra
- Intune
- PowerShell Scripting
- Purview Security
Additionally, you must hold DV Clearance and be available for a contract of 6 months with a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will deliver 2nd and 3rd Line support while managing the M365 Tenant and maintaining its configuration. Your key accountabilities will include:
- Carrying out routine configuration, installation, and reconfiguration of database and related products to optimize performance and implement changes.
- Identifying and taking ownership of technical problems and incidents; managing, coordinating, and prioritizing tasks to resolve these issues promptly.
- Investigating repeat issues and faults, initiating and monitoring actions to identify patterns and trends, and consulting specialists as needed to determine remedies and preventative measures.
- Developing and documenting change requests to enhance control and reduce risks to security performance and availability.
- Analyzing and assessing the impact of change requests, along with conducting administration and configuration of the in-scope M365 Production Tenant, including both M365 and Dataverse.
