Responsibilities
As an M365 Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out routine configuration, installation, and reconfiguration of databases and related products to optimize performance and implement change.
- Identifying and taking ownership of technical problems and incidents; managing, coordinating, and prioritizing tasks to resolve these incidents quickly.
- Identifying and investigating repeat issues and faults, initiating and monitoring actions to investigate patterns and trends, consulting specialists as required, and determining appropriate remedies and preventative measures while assisting with their implementation.
- Developing and documenting change requests to improve control and reduce risks to security, performance, and availability.
- Analyzing and assessing the impact of change requests.
- Performing administration and configuration of the M365 Production Tenant, as well as Tenant Configuration and Administration activities for both M365 and Dataverse.
Description
This is a 6-month contract position, offered outside of IR35, with an on-site/hybrid working model. We are excited to find individuals who can deliver excellent support and management of our M365 Tenant and its products.
