M365 Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out routine configuration, installation, and reconfiguration of databases and related products to optimize performance and implement changes. You will identify and take ownership of technical problems and incidents, managing, coordinating, and prioritizing tasks to resolve them as quickly as possible. It will also be your duty to identify and investigate repeat issues and faults, initiating and monitoring actions to understand patterns and trends. You will consult specialists when necessary and determine appropriate remedies and preventative measures, assisting with their implementation. Additionally, you will develop and document change requests to improve control while reducing risk to security, performance, and availability, as well as analyze and assess the impact of these change requests. Your role will also involve administration and configuration activities within our M365 Production Tenant, including both M365 and Dataverse.
