Must:
- 5 years experience in cloud or hybrid infrastructure roles
- Strong AWS skills, with working knowledge of Azure
- Solid Windows Server experience and Linux familiarity
- Terraform (or similar) and PowerShell experience
- Strong networking fundamentals (DNS, VPNs, firewalls, routing)
- Comfortable working in high-availability, SLA-driven environments
- Nice to have: Docker / Kubernetes, CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus or Grafana

Description
We are looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to support and evolve our mission-critical hybrid cloud platforms operating in high-availability, compliance-led environments. This is a hands-on role with real ownership where you will act as a Level 2/3 escalation point, ensuring always-on systems run smoothly while driving improvements across automation, resilience, and cloud infrastructure. This position is based in Manchester with influence over platform direction, offering exposure to modern cloud, automation, and reliability practices.
