PLM360 OCM Lead

- Deliver and manage the OCM framework and communication strategy for the SGT Business Area. - Apply structured OCM methodologies (e.g., ADKAR) to support awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement activities. - Lead local change activities including kick-offs, enablement sessions, and readiness assessments. - Ensure alignment and consistent messaging across related transformation programmes (PLM360, S4E, etc.). - Implement feedback loops and contribute to continuous OCM methodology improvements. - Establish and lead a Business-Area-specific Change Network aligned with global programme structures. - Support, coach, and empower Change Network members and local change champions. - Develop Key Ambassadors into effective Change Agents with clear objectives and tailored support. - Identify impacted stakeholders, assess readiness, and understand adoption risks. - Engage senior leaders and influence them to promote change advocacy. - Conduct stakeholder analyses to shape communication and impact-assessment activities. - Adapt programme-level OCM and communication strategies to suit SGT-specific needs. - Validate existing communication plans and produce localised messaging where required. - Ensure messaging remains clear, consistent, and aligned across all transformation initiatives. - Work closely with OCM and Training Coordinators to track progress and alignment. - Identify risks early, support mitigation planning, and maintain the project risk register. - Define and monitor key OCM KPIs for effectiveness and continuous improvement. - Provide regular updates to Programme OCM, Rollout Managers, and Business Leads.
