Requirements

Must:
- Experience in IT support, preferably with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) tools. - Strong problem-solving skills to resolve requests efficiently. - Excellent communication skills to keep end users informed and updated. - Ability to manage service level targets for response and resolution times.
