Requirements
Must:
- Educated to degree level in IT/Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 2-3 years experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications
- Strong functional troubleshooting, configuration and user support experience
- Good understanding of end-to-end business processes such as finance, retail, sales, customer service or membership
- Exposure to ITIL practices, particularly incident, problem and change management
- Analytical, proactive and collaborative approach
- Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Comfortable working with autonomy and building strong relationships across teams, suppliers and stakeholders
- Experience across both D365 F&SCM and D365 CE
- Familiarity with PowerApps and Power Automate
- Knowledge of SQL, Azure DevOps, LCS, data integrations or Microsoft functional certifications is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Support the performance, stability, and future development of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
- Provide hands-on support, continuous improvement, release management and system enhancement
- Collaborate with colleagues in various departments including Retail, E-Commerce, Marketing, and Customer Care
- Enhance user experience and improve business performance across the organisation
- Manage competing priorities effectively
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical colleagues and stakeholders
