Requirements
Must:
- Experience in Cyber Security, particularly DEFCON 658 and Def Stan 05-138
- MOD Accreditation / Secure by Design
- Hands-on experience in IT support including troubleshooting skills, customer service, and basic networking knowledge
- Previous experience working within an Information Security Management System (ISMS)
- Certification as a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, implementer, or equivalent
- Must hold a Security Check clearance or be eligible for one
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of hardware and peripherals to end users
- Support onboarding and respond to day-to-day queries
- Assess and implement contractual security requirements into daily processes
- Review and audit supply chain security
- Respond to project-specific security requirements from customers
- Assess and define security requirements for projects and programs
- Ensure compliance in the supply chain with project-specific security requirements
- Conduct supplier security audits
- Manage IT account creation and support requests
- Approve the issuance of laptops and peripherals
- Provide site support across multiple locations including East Grinstead, Heybridge, and Winsford
- Report to the IT & Information Security Manager and assist with procedures and processes
- Contribute to the development of information security strategies, policies, and awareness
