- Proven experience in 2nd line IT support within a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical knowledge across infrastructure, networking, and telephony systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
- Flexible approach to working hours and travel for site support
- Experience mentoring junior team members and managing escalations
- Driving license essential due to site visit requirements

Responsibilities
- Providing 2nd line IT support on a day-to-day basis
- Offering occasional 1st line support when required
- Delivering consistent, high-quality resolution of 15+ tickets per day
- Supporting and implementing system changes and project work
- Carrying out onsite installations, including VOIP, firewall, and thin client setups
- Participating in out-of-hours installations or emergency site visits when necessary
