Must:
- Proven experience in an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and business applications, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical training
- Experience designing and delivering engaging training for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess training needs and measure effectiveness
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt training approaches to different learning styles
Responsibilities
- Design, document, and deliver high-quality IT training across the organization
- Work closely with IT, People & Culture, and business teams to identify skills gaps
- Support technology change and embed new systems through effective training
- Ensure colleagues are well prepared for new or updated applications, processes, and tools
- Provide ongoing support in relation to IT training and change initiatives
