Requirements
Must:
- I require candidates to have a project management or business analysis qualification or certification.
- Experience with tools such as Visio or other process mapping software is essential.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen, along with experience applying these principles to drive process optimization.
- I seek excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and requirements is crucial to ensure nothing is missed or misunderstood.
- Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including project managers, business and technical architects, and other change professionals.

- As a Business Analyst with us, you will work closely with teams across the organization to identify business needs and map current and future processes.
- You will have the capability to identify process improvements and optimize workflow to drive operational efficiency.
