Requirements
Must:
- Experience in 1st and 2nd line support
- Knowledge of Office 365 and Azure Active Directory
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration
- Familiarity with Intune device management
- Ability to troubleshoot networking issues (switches, firewalls, connectivity)
- Skills in hardware builds and installations
- Experience with cloud migrations and network upgrades
Responsibilities
- Provide active 1st and 2nd line support in a busy service desk environment
- Support and administer Office 365 and Azure AD
- Manage Windows Server administration tasks
- Oversee Intune device management
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues
- Build, install, and support hardware for users
- Assist in various projects including cloud migrations and server migrations
Description
We are recruiting for a 2nd Line Engineer to join our busy, in-house IT team supporting a growing organization. This hands-on role combines 1st and 2nd line support with exciting project work across cloud and infrastructure. We offer a salary of up to £35,000, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a great benefits package, and a clear progression route into a 3rd Line Engineer or Team Lead. You will be part of a fast-paced service desk environment, gaining valuable exposure to cloud migrations, Azure administration, networking, and server projects.
