Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years experience in a modern IT support role
- Proficient in Windows OS
- Strong knowledge of Office 365
- Experience with SharePoint & Teams
- Familiarity with Intune or similar MDM tools
- Knowledge of Defender or similar tools like ESET, ThreatLocker or Sophos
- Experience with VoIP software solutions
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of key internal IT functions
- Build and configure laptops and mobile devices
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user issues
- Administer Office 365
- Manage Intune
- Administer Azure Entra ID and new user accounts
- Deploy, manage, and monitor antivirus
- Maintain IT asset registers
- Support and administer CRM
Description
We are Roc Search, partnered with a leading provider of cyber security services supporting organisations across regulated sectors such as legal, financial services, and accountancy. Following continued growth, we are looking for an IT Operations Engineer to support internal technical operations in Stockport, Greater Manchester. We offer a salary of up to £40,000, 25 days of annual leave, 8 bank holidays, paid formal training courses, and a salary sacrifice scheme. This is a highly visible, business-critical role working closely with senior technical leadership.
