Requirements
Must:
- Substantial experience in a Delivery Manager or Senior Delivery Manager role, ideally within large public or enterprise environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks.
- Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations across one or more domains (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM).
- Expertise in managing digital product delivery across the full lifecycle.
- Track record of managing dependencies and risks across complex, multi-team delivery.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps principles, and iterative delivery.
- Understanding of enterprise or public sector delivery governance (e.g., GDS, ITIL).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing budgets and external suppliers or vendors.
- Ability to build collaborative, high-trust environments and drive performance in teams.
- Candidates must be eligible for Security Clearance (SC).
Responsibilities
As a Senior ServiceNow Delivery Manager, I will oversee the successful delivery of ServiceNow-based products and services, which span various areas such as ITSM, HRSD, SecOps, and custom applications. I will work across multidisciplinary teams to ensure that delivery is aligned with our organisational goals, user needs, and platform best practices. I will be responsible for managing the complexities of a technology environment that supports over 90,000 users across 900 sites.
