Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in delivering complex ServiceNow solutions within a regulated industry. You should have proven experience in implementing various ServiceNow applications, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSDM, CMDB, and CSM. Proficiency with ServiceNow in both public and private cloud environments is essential. We value excellent communication skills that allow you to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. You should be highly motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry is highly beneficial.
Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will significantly shape the future of the project by designing and maintaining a Common Service Data Model (CSDM)-compliant data strategy. You will be part of the delivery for a legacy system upgrade, providing support to our clients during the go-live phase and the business adoption stage. You will develop and implement a CSDM-compliant data strategy, defining and executing technology changes for sustainable and accurate ServiceNow data. Additionally, you will lead governance activities to ensure high-quality and timely outputs, representing Data Services to both internal and external stakeholders, including regulators.
