Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, I expect you to play a pivotal role in driving outcomes that align with our organizational goals. You will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between business, technology, and operational teams. Your responsibilities will also include leading and managing complex transformation and change projects while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Working closely with the Head of Transformation, you will help build out the Business Analysis team over the coming months. You will develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, adapting to shifting priorities. Identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies is crucial, as well as ensuring proactive mitigation strategies. You will drive stakeholder engagement at all levels, including senior leadership, and champion the people side of change by applying change management principles to support adoption and minimize resistance.
