Responsibilities
- Support the renewal process for maintenance agreements, licence renewals, and subscription contracts
- Assist Renewal Specialists in managing renewal operations across the digital marketing portfolio
- Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
- Ensure accuracy of renewal data and customer communications
- Coordinate customer notifications related to contract renewals
- Validate renewal orders and provide regular status updates
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Customer Success, and partner teams
- Maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers
