Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud development, configuration, and transformation
- In-depth knowledge of 3+ Oracle HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, ORC)
- Strong hands-on experience with OIC, HCM REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, and SSO/IAM
- Expert in Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, and OTBI
- Proven Agile/DevOps delivery with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing in Oracle Cloud
- Solid understanding of HR operating models, compliance (GDPR), and payroll controls/audit cycles
Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud architecture including HR models, best practices, and roadmap alignment
- Establish reference architectures, integration patterns, and non-functional requirements (NFRs)
- Facilitate design workshops and deliver high-level (HLD) and low-level designs (LLD), data models, and sequence diagrams
- Implement HCM configurations across multiple modules and build PaaS extensions
- Execute data loads and deliver REST/SOAP APIs and event callbacks
- Mentor developers/consultants on HCM data model, security, and extensibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into technical designs
- Architect secure HCM integrations and lead HDL/HSDL migrations
- Deliver comprehensive documentation including integration mappings and support runbooks
- Evaluate quarterly release notes and champion performance tuning and automation
- Proactively detect risks and deploy monitoring and alerting mechanisms for critical integrations
