Requirements
Must:
- I require 6 years of experience in applied machine learning and data science.
- A PhD or MSc in a related subject, such as Mathematics or Machine Learning, is essential.
- I seek strong expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud-based ML frameworks, particularly AWS SageMaker, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience with real-time data processing is necessary.
- I value knowledge of probabilistic modeling, optimization, and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with AdTech systems is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively are crucial.
Responsibilities
- I will have you develop and deploy machine learning models to enhance advertising performance.
- You will optimize real-time decision-making algorithms in programmatic advertising.
- Collaboration with data engineers will be essential for building scalable, production-ready data pipelines.
- I will encourage you to apply advanced ML techniques like reinforcement learning and deep learning.
- You will work with cross-functional teams to integrate models into live products.
