Requirements
Must:
- Experience with End-User Equipment (PCs, Peripherals - Skype, Smartphones)
- Proficiency in O365 and collaboration tools
- Knowledge of remote access and LAN print services
- Familiarity with network settings
- Understanding of telephony and server rooms
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on IT security protocols
- Experience managing workstations and iPhone assets
- Ability to manage user access and lead technical projects
- Capacity to oversee upgrades across the technical estate
Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support across a variety of devices and peripherals for internal and remote users
- Manage incidents and user service requests effectively
- Administer the technical estate while adhering to IT security rules
- Manage and oversee workstations and iPhone assets
- Control user access and lead updates to systems and equipment
- Drive technical projects and implementations
- Assist in leading upgrades across the organizations technical infrastructure
