Requirements
Must:
- Substantial hands-on experience creating interactive digital content for corporate audiences using leading industry tools
- Demonstrated experience building digital learning solutions with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Figma, Vyond, Centrical, and Synthesia
- Proven ability to design engaging e-learning interventions incorporating interactivity and multimedia elements
- Comprehensive understanding of accessibility standards including WCAG 2.1 levels A-AA
- Up-to-date knowledge of current trends in e-learning technology, especially advancements in artificial intelligence for education
- Experience working within agile development frameworks to deliver projects efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with global teams
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Commitment to continuous professional development in educational technology and instructional design
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly both verbally and in writing
Responsibilities
- Design and develop impactful digital learning solutions tailored to diverse audiences
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver visually appealing and pedagogically sound micro-learning modules
- Ensure all materials meet rigorous accessibility standards and reflect the latest trends in educational technology
- Leverage tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate Storyline to create innovative content
- Produce high-quality digital learning assets while maintaining project schedules and deadlines
- Utilise agile development methodologies to create engaging e-learning courses, simulations, and interactive games
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback
- Support the integration of digital learning solutions within existing Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms
- Continuously improve expertise in educational technology and instructional design best practices
