Requirements
Must:
- At least 2-3 years in a 2nd line support role
- Strong communication skills, clear yet empathetic
- Experience with ITSM systems for incident management
- Proficient in device configuration and troubleshooting using tools such as Intune/EntraID, Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365 suite
- Familiar with Windows Server environments
- Ability to diagnose hardware faults on desktops, laptops, tablets
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on technology trends
- Team-oriented with ability to handle individual tasks
- Strong record-keeping and administrative skills
Responsibilities
- Provide responsive second line technology assistance for hardware and software issues
- Engage directly with end-users both remotely and face-to-face
- Manage incidents through the ITSM system
- Support device configuration and troubleshooting
- Resolve Exchange Admin Centre issues
- Diagnose hardware faults on various devices
- Assist in office management functions when needed
- Participate in third line or infrastructure projects under supervision
